Linde T.O.P. training
In late April 2010, at Elmas headquarters in Brasov, the Linde T.O.P. argumentation training (Total operating performance) took place, wich was supported by Mr. Eng. Gerald Liedel - International Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe, from Linde Fördertechnik GmbH.
All our Linde handling equipment sales teams were present.
On this occasion several issues were discussed having as subject on pro-active selling and performance benefits realized by Linde forklifts.
Regarding feedback questionnaires the training was evaluated good to excellent.
We believe this training will contribute actively to support sales activities and will provide a complet package of information and arguments for potential customers on long-term benefits at the acquisition of Linde Material Handling equipment.
